How to Request Data Deletion

FlowsDesigner by LEET IT Solutions respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to request deletion of your personal data. If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can request deletion of the data we received from Facebook.

Option 1: Delete Your Account

You can delete your entire FlowsDesigner account and all associated data by:

  1. Log in to your FlowsDesigner account at flowsdesigner.com/login
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Account section
  4. Click Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account, all automations, contacts, messages, conversations, and any data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Email Request

You can also request data deletion by sending an email to:

[email protected]

Please include your registered email address and the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.

What Data We Delete

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Data received from Facebook (name, email, profile picture)
  • All automations and flow configurations
  • Contact lists and conversation histories
  • AI credentials and integration settings
  • Analytics and usage data

Data Retention

After deletion, some data may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged. We may also retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you for analytics purposes.

Removing Facebook Permissions

You can also remove FlowsDesigner's access to your Facebook data directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
  2. Find FlowsDesigner in the list of apps
  3. Click Remove
